The event was held on 4th July 2017 at TBI head office in the presence of Mr. Walid Edi, observer of Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Faisal Al-Himes, TBI CEO, Mr. Fuad Al-Wakil, Ms. Teba Hazem, head of Retail banking department and some investors in TESTAHEL..
One of “TESTAHEL” investors was the person who picked the name of the fourth winner.
“TESTAHEL” product is a certificate of deposit issued by Trade Bank of Iraq and approved by Central Bank of Iraq. Any citizen can participate in this draw by depositing 500.000 IQD at any TBI branch and have the chance to win valuable prizes during monthly, semi-annual and annual draw in accordance with previously mentioned conditions.

In order to increase communication between the bank and the customers, the TRADE BANK of IRAQ (TBI) held a Ramadan evening on the occasion of the annual breakfast. VIPs, embassies and customers were invited to attend the meeting with the Director General and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, Mr. Faisal Al-Himus.
The bank has been awarded the ISO 9001/2015 Quality Certificate for its commercial operations for the departments (remittances, letters of guarantee, credits), the bank has been preparing for this important and international qualification for six months, which will help improve the bank’s relations with foreign banks.
In addition, four innovative youth projects were announced in collaboration with the UNDP, “Innovation for Development”, where Mr. Ali Yousif presented the project “Printo”, Mr. Ahmed Al-Jawadi, Labib, presented the project “Make sure Palm”, It was concluded by the Iraq Private Banks league, the first of the employees of our bank in addition to their colleagues from the banking sector, namely Mr. Farid Al Wakil, Mr. Fawzi Al Obeidi, Mr. Munther Taleb Al Qaftan.

The event took place on (04/06/2017) at 6:00 pm in Grand Millennnium hotel in Sulaymaniyah. The event was attended by Mr. Abdul Rahman Salih, head of Central Bank of Iraq, some investors and active figures along with participants in “TESTAHEL” draw who were selected through TBI application on Facebook.
On the occasion of holy month of Ramadan, TBI presented 9 prizes ,additionally, to the winners from different branches including (Baghdad, Sulaymaniyah and Missan).The winners were chosen by the electronic draw and the awarded prizes were: ( Mobiles, Television and air-conditions).
The event was covered by many Iraqi & Kurdish channels and other Medias.

The Re-opening of TBI branch in Al-Ramadi
For we always seek to provide the best services for our people in the librated areas, the Trade Bank of Iraq has re-opened its branch at Al-Ramadi after rehabilitation process. The bank restarted work on (01/06/2017).
“The re-opining of TBI branch in Al-Ramadi is one of our most important contributions to rebuild the librated city and we are doing this through the services provided by TBI toward business and individuals sectors.”

The Trade Bank of Iraq is the first governmental bank in Iraq returning to Al-Ramadi and the first also to contribute in rebuilding the city.
Opining TBI new branch in Missan Oil Company
In order to continue expanding more branches in different areas, the Trade Bank of Iraq has opened its new branch in Missan Oil Company where it started work on (31/05/2017).
“We have opened the new branch of our bank in Missan Oil Company because we seek to be as close as possible to our customers, the thing that would enable us to give them the necessary support such as consultations and financial services to strengthen the partnership.

Mr. Baz Rauf, the second winner of “TESTAHEL” certificate of deposit, has received his prize and said that this amount will be denoted for displaced people in concern with TBI campaign titled: “Barakat Ramadania”, which included distributing foodstuffs over families in the right side Mosul.
As for the third upcoming winner of next “TESTAHEL” product draw , it will be held at Grand Millennnium hotel in Al-Sulaimania on (04/06/2017) next Sunday. This upcoming event will include also additional prizes to be totally: (9 prizes) and we shall announce the date on many channels and on our official websites also.

In support of Iraq unity & youth and on the occasion of our soldiers’ marvelous victories made in Mosul, the Trade Bank of Iraq contributed in “Hala Bekum be-Messan” ,(welcome to Messan), campaign as a main sponsor. During the event, our bank received a tribute which was given to Mr. Mohammed Jubair, the manager of TBI branch in Messan.
The campaign was created by young volunteers from all parts of Iraq, where their supreme aim represented in keeping Iraqi people unity as strong as possible. The event hosted many young people from Mosul in central & southern provinces of Iraq ending at Messan Al-Karam where
Their principle motto was “Lamatna Wattan” (together we are stronger).
For the Trade Bank of Iraq is an Iraqi institute providing various services for Iraqi people and in accordance with Central Bank of Iraq Initiatives, our team work, consisted of 8 members, had organized a campaign in order to introduce our bank and “TESTAHEL” product at AL-Mutanabi street on Friday.
The campaign was significant because of the people interaction, from which we had learned many things that would help us in preceding TBI journey out of our love to Iraq and its people no mentioning that our aim is to always stay in the lead.
