TBI received JP. Morgan Award of Quality for 2016

In Bahrain, 14/8/2016 TBI received JP. Morgan Award of Quality for 2016 due to prompt and accurate execution of customers’ operations.

GM Mr. Faisal said: “our priority is to provide the highest level of customer service and direct processing of transactions”, which is highly important, it ensures accurate and quick reliable execution of our clients’ payments operations instructions, it also mitigates costs for the bank. Our continuous efforts have gave us the ability to provide our clients (individuals and institutions) with exceptional payment services at TBI.
