The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI)
launched a Complaint Management Platform for citizens to address and follow up on their complaints and issues related to financial and banking institutions. This platform allows you to submit your complaint via QR code or through the electronic link below:
Method of Use:
- Click the following link: https://complaint.app.cbi.iq to access the complaint submission form.
- You shall be assigned to (Ur) portal, a secure and official government gateway.
- First, create your account and log in to access the complaint management system interface.
- Fill out the electronic complaint form with the required information and attach documents or images supporting your complaint.
- Complete steps and submit the complaint. You will receive your code via SMS, which you can use later to track your complaint through the inquiry service.
