Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) warns against dealing with fake pages claiming to communicate via WhatsApp. The Bank does not use WhatsApp or any messaging applications for customer communication. Official contact is limited to verified social media pages and the Bank’s official website only.

To protect your accounts, please follow following guidelines:

• Do not engage with the mentioned number or any party requesting your information via WhatsApp.
• The Bank will never request your One-Time Password (OTP) or card PIN under any circumstances.
• Do not share photos of your bank cards with any party.

Customers are advised to rely exclusively on our verified official platforms (blue check mark) and the Bank’s official website.
