In cooperation with the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Sadr City and the Iraqi Private Banks League, Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) sponsored a free book fair in Sadr City as part of a distinguished cultural initiative reflecting the spirit of awareness and intellectual culture of the city’s residents.
This fair was attended by various age categories, with more than 1,400 free books made available to visitors. On the sidelines of the event, Trade Bank of Iraq offered its diverse banking services designed to meet the needs of various segments of society, reaffirming its commitment to supporting community and cultural initiatives.
It also featured awareness sessions highlighting the importance of using electronic payment methods and modern payment cards as secure and advanced tools facilitating financial transactions and promote financial literacy among citizens.
Organizers emphasized that the bank’s participation stems from its belief in the role of intellectuals in strengthening and advancing financial culture, alongside supporting cultural engagement within the community. The bank continues to reinforce its presence as a genuine supporter of culture and knowledge, and an active aspect to initiatives that foster community development and enhance public awareness.
