This forum was attended by government officials specialized in such field, in addition to private sector companies of the real estate and technological sectors to discuss analysis of how modern technology is used to improve real estate investment processes.

During the event, various dialogue sessions were held to present advanced models for smart cities that align with the current technological advancements worldwide, aiming to achieve the necessary sustainability improving the living conditions of Iraqi citizens in general. Additionally, the importance of adopting modern real estate marketing strategies and integrating them with the latest technological methods was emphasized, particularly in attracting investors from outside Iraq and overcoming the challenges facing this vital sector that supports the nation’s economy.
