Trade Bank of Iraq Organizes Voluntary Blood Donation Initiative by Its Employees
In support of national efforts and as part of its annual humanitarian and community initiatives, Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) organized a voluntary blood donation campaign for its employees, in coordination with the National Blood Transfusion Center – Iraqi Ministry of Health. The initiative aims to provide essential support to patients and individuals hospitalized across Iraq who are in urgent need of blood donations.
TBI Spokesperson Mr. Ahmed Saad Al-Khazraji stated “TBI places social responsibility at the TOP of its priorities, noting that 2026 will witness the launch of a series of impactful community and voluntary initiatives supporting various segments of Iraqi society.”
He added: “This campaign falls within the Bank’s strategic plan to reinforce the principles of social and humanitarian responsibility, including volunteer initiatives carried out by TBI staff to strengthen institutional partnerships with government entities, including the Iraqi Ministry of Health.”
This annual initiative reflects the Bank’s commitment to its national duty in supporting patients, hospitalized individuals, and people suffering from hematologic diseases, reaffirming its ongoing role as an active partner in building our community through such humanitarian and volunteer initiatives.
