Trade Bank of Iraq Inaugurates Its New Branch in Nineveh Governorate

Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) inaugurated its new branch in Nineveh Governorate as part of its strategic plan for expansion and outreach across Iraq’s governorates. The inauguration was attended by the Governor of Nineveh, Mr. Abdulqader Al-Dakhil, the Director of the Central Bank of Iraq branch in Nineveh, Dr. Hussein Lazem, TBI’s Senior Vice President, Ms. Zainab Rafiq, TBI’s Vice President, Mrs. Zainab Shaker, TBI’s President’s advisors, Dr. Zaid Al-Baghdadi and Mr. Qasim Al-Khaykani, as well as representatives from governmental entities and prominent figures from Mosul, along with several members of the bank’s staff.

The official spokesperson of the bank, Mr. Ahmed Saad Al-Khazraji, stated, “The President of Trade Bank of Iraq and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Bilal Sabah Hussein, is working diligently and earnestly to expand and spread the bank’s branches and enhance the level of services provided to all customers. The opening of a branch for TBI in Nineveh Governorate reflects our keen interest in supporting development and reconstruction efforts in the governorate and to be one of the economic pillars in the beloved city of Mosul.”

He added, “The bank’s management is committed to implementing the government program and streamlining the operational procedures provided to customers in accordance with the reformist directives of the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, and all other services provided to individuals, government institutions and the private sector, aiming to serve the interests of all customers. This, in turn, positively impacts the Iraqi economy as a whole, building upon the significant successes achieved by the bank since its establishment.”
