We call our customer not to deal with any offices nor companies providing such service in exchange for any amount of money paid by the customer as they do not have the legal and legitimate capacity in that regard thus this practice is considered one of the scams, fraud, and exploitation of citizens.
Any customer who used the application process through these offices and companies will be deprived of receiving the USD share provided to travelers by TBI. Accordingly, we ask for your cooperation in reporting such incidents in order to take necessary legal measures against these persons.
We also warn holders of electronic cards (Visa and MasterCard) not to disclose their card information (card image, name engraved on the card, card number, code on the back of the card) and not to share such with any person, entity, social media page, or any website that impersonates Trade Bank of Iraq identity or claims dealing with TBI because this will expose the financial balances of your cards to theft by making electronic purchases using your card after you provide them with your electronic card information.
