Trade Bank of Iraq Participates in a Training Program on Contemporary Leadership Strategies

In implementation of the Bank’s strategic plan, which represents the development of its administrative staff, a number of administrative leaders at Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) participated in the training program titled “Contemporary Leadership Strategies According to Modern Visions,” held by Athar Training and Consulting – Riyadh at Baghdad.

The program aims to develop strategic leadership skills and enhance administrative competencies in line with global best practices. It also focused on enabling participants to adopt modern approaches in leadership, change management, and decision-making. The participation of the Bank’s staff comes as part of its ongoing efforts to develop the capabilities of its leadership teams, contributing to strengthening institutional performance and achieving excellence in the banking work environment.
