Regarding the CBI role in supporting the financial inclusion in Iraq. The trade bank of Iraq participated in the seminar held in 24 june,2018 in cooperation of International University in province Erbil and Iraq Private Banks League.

This seminar was attended by Ms. Doha Abdel Kareem, General manager of payments department at CBI, Dr.Baseem Adel Hadi ,Head of financial inclusion committee at CBI and Mr.Tayseer Al-Haeri, Regional manager of the north area at CBI.

The seminar included several strategic discussions which focused on the importance of financial inclusion in Iraq and the role of payment systems in achieving financial inclusion and importance in both of the banking sector and small projects.

Furthermore, the seminar dedicated special booth places for banks in order to introduce their services to the citizens and answer their queries.

Finally, we also deeply thank for Ms. Doha Abdel Kareem, General manager of payments department at CBI, and Mr.Majid Michel, Manager of Relation in Iraq Private Banks for visit our branch located in Erbil Al-Waziran st, said Ms.Doha thank you for the efforts of the staff in achieving, And appraised the role of the bank on the importance of public awareness of the services provided by bank and the importance of the salary domiciliation.
