TBI is proud to announce the completion of the first phase of the bank initiative to obtain the certification of compliance in quality management systems (ISO 9001/2015) for the letters of guarantee, letters of credit and remittances departments. In keeping our focus on customer service and satisfaction, TBI is the first Iraqi bank that has undertaken the ISO certification initiative to support the banks foreign trade operations and strengthen TBI’s relationship with its correspondent banking network.
