The head of UAE Banks Federation, Abdul-Azeez Al-Gareer , has opened the Middle East Investment Summit that was held in 13-14 of February 2017 and by the sponsorship of Dubai International Financial Center and Institute of International Finance (IIF)

The economical prospects and challenges that banks facing regarding the financial settlement in Middle East and North Africa countries during the ongoing monitory & legislative changes has been presented at this conference.

The summit was attended by,Mr. Faisal Al-Haimus General manager of TBI , Mr. Firas Al-Hamdany Assistant general manager, Mrs. Gagdah Al-Nasir Head of the International Relations department, Mrs. Sahar Falih Head of Treasury and Investment department and the department of Public Relations & Media.

During the summit , bilateral meetings were held concerning the discussion of banks relations along with the appropriate means to develop these relations in a way that facilitate bank operations and deploy them between TBI and participated banks, including: (UAE Mashreq Bank, City Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank and others).
