Dear customers traveling across the Iraqi borders, both departing and arriving,

We would like to inform you of the necessity to adhere to the regulations regarding the declaration of funds during travel to and from Iraq. This is aimed at reducing the risks associated with the entry and exit of funds across Iraqi borders, and to avoid their misuse in currency counterfeiting, money laundering, or financing terrorism operations.

These measures are implemented in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Law No. (39) of 2015 and the provisions of Directive No. (3) of 2023.
