We also stress that the bank does not deal with any entity or institution adopting the promotion of loans. Such loan transactions are promoted exclusively through branches. We also stress that in order to avoid electronic fraud attempts, you must not fill out any form through any website or electronic page requiring you to disclose confidential information of your electronic card.
Please keep your electronic card safe from piracy and fraud by adhering to the recommendations below: –
- Do not deal with any entity or pages on social media or websites other than those of TBI, as above mentioned.
- Follow-up with any news or announcement published through TBI electronic channels.
- Keep your banking information confidential and not to disclose them to any anonymous.
- Keep the information of your electronic card confidential and avoid any discloser or share of the same.
- Use the card safely when purchasing from websites and do not deal with any unreliable website or entity.
- Inform the bank of any transaction conducted through your card out of your control, because it represents suspicious activity! You can contact the customer service center at 07901944250.
- Do not ignore any notification or announcement by the bank regarding the safe use of cards.
- The owner of the electronic card is its legal owner, and your permission to use the card by others is contrary to the terms of the safe use of cards.
