Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) warns its customers against dealing with a fake page namely “Quick Buy Center” and sponsored posts claiming to “activate the mobile banking application” via WhatsApp. Please note that the Bank does not use WhatsApp or any messaging apps for customer communication. Official communication is conducted exclusively through the Bank’s verified social media pages and official website.

To protect your accounts, please follow following guidelines:

Do not share photos of your bank cards or any personal information with untrusted parties.
The Bank will never request your One-Time Password (OTP) or card PIN under any circumstances.
Download and update the TBI Mobile app only through official stores (App Store & Google Play).
