Bank Account Information Update for Individuals and Corporate Entities

 

Dear Customers,

In compliance with the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq and as part of efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the banking system, we kindly request all customers—including individuals, companies, and legal entities—to visit their nearest TBI branch and update their banking account information.

Please note that accounts with outdated information may be subject to restrictions in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Individual Account Update Requirements:

1. National ID Card.
2. Residence Card.
3. Passport.
4. Employment ID.
5. Two recent photographs.

 

• Corporate and Legal Entity Account Update Requirements: Please visit any TBI branch with all relevant corporate documents, supporting records, and incorporation documents required for account information updates.
