Trade Bank of Iraq launched its monthly program (Work, Complete, Be Unique)

Trade Bank of Iraq launched its monthly program (Work, Complete, Be Unique) in order to develop the bank and its staff depending on duties, principles and objectives adopted by TBI.

This initiative is based on daily-accomplished works, additional initiatives and suggestions that may develop the employee’s department specifically and the bank as whole, not mentioning strengthening team work aspect among employees. The program also takes into consideration overtime works, through which duties can be accomplished quickly.

The project is formed by three simple words:

Work: means performing your duties honestly & truthfully and bearing the decision making responsibility.

Complete: means completing your job accurately & in high quality within the frame time in order to gain customer satisfaction.

Be Unique: Having positive ideas and social initiatives along with being cooperative and up to date with your officer and colleagues.

Both Mr. Ali Adnan and Mr. Wissam Abdul Hadi, of Service department, were rewarded the Certificate of Unique June 2018 for their continuous hard work (without being supervised).

Mr. Osama Mohamed Sadiq also received the Certificate of Unique June 2018 for preforming his duties honestly and sincerely.
