In one of a kind initiative in banking sector, GM of TBI held a meeting on 20/8/2016 with some of TBI’s employees including Senior Management and some branch managers to discuss the new framework and near future development steps.

The meeting discussed many aspects by dividing the attendants into work groups, to determine work difficulties, give suggestions to solve them and come out with results that help us achieve a progressed place among Iraqi and international banks. Mr. Faisal Al-Haimus with the employees reassured that TBI is s pioneer among banks in Iraq and the region.

This motivate meeting also emphasized the importance of engaging in training plans with international banks to develop their abilities and the bank as a result, because the employee plays a key role in the work progress.
