Trade Bank of Iraq Awarded Twice by The Global Economics

 

Baghdad, February 2, 2025

Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) was awarded “Leading Bank in Capital Expansion” and “Leading Bank in Trade Finance Operations” by The Global Economics, a British Magazine. The awards were presented at the 2024 Global Economics Awards ceremony held in Dubai, UAE, where numerous regional and international banks were found.

Mr. Ahmed Saad Al-Khazraji, the official Spokesman of the bank, stated; “This recognition serves as a testament by global institutions to the pivotal role of Trade Bank of Iraq as a solid and influential banking institution in both local and international financial sectors. TBI continues to support major developmental and reconstruction projects, add to facilitating all trade operations, including exports, imports, and industrial initiatives. Moreover, we maintain a vast global banking network spans across numerous international financial institutions.”

He added:
