In line with the National Strategy for Iraqi Women launched by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for the years 2023-2024.

Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) held a training course on computer programs for a number of female students to train them and enhance their practical skills to play their active role in the public or private sectors and various fields in the Iraqi labor market.

This initiative by the bank supports the role of women and aims to empower Iraqi women, overcome the obstacles they face, and showcase their practical capabilities to ensure they secure their professional and societal roles freely and without discrimination in the future.
