You can now track the progress of your remittances requests executed through CBI platform via notifications sent to you through text messages on the WhatsApp application. These notifications will indicate the stages of the remittance execution (transaction number, auditing stage, approval).

Please visit the branch of our bank holding your bank account and update your information, identifying your phone number and email address designated by you to receive these notifications.
