As part of its first community initiatives in 2024, Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI), in collaboration with the National Blood Transfusion Center/ Technical Affairs Department/ Ministry of Health in Iraq, organized a voluntary blood donation campaign for bank employees, in line with their humanitarian role to support the efforts of the Ministry of Health in Iraq.

The Bank’s official spokesman, Mr. Ahmed Saad Al-Khazraji, stated, “The current Bank’s management, represented by Mr. Bilal Sabah Hussein, the President of the Bank and Chairman of the board of directors, strongly supports the organization of various community initiatives that aim to provide humanitarian and societal services to different segments of society.”

He added, “This year, several community initiatives will be launched to serve large and diverse segments of society., reflecting the Bank’s commitment to providing support to all segments of society.”

It’s worth mentioning that TBI holds an annual blood donation initiative to assist hospitalized patients and others suffering from blood-related diseases who are in urgent need of blood donations.
