Dear customers, both owners of companies and individuals, you can receive incoming remittances to your accounts with our bank in US dollars. This process can be done through the cash US dollars imported by our bank, but you have to take into account the conditions below: –

1. For companies’ accounts, cash withdrawal applications must be submitted, the applications must include the signature of the authorized director and the company seal, as for individual accounts, the account holder’s signature must be included.
2. Withdrawal applications are to be exclusively submitted by the account holder, whether a company or an individual, via the TBI’s customer-specific email address.
3. Applications shall be processed exclusively at the Al-Masbah branch.
4. Specific financial fees shall be applied to this transaction.
5. The withdrawal process requires a five business days.
